Our Raw Honey Cured Bacon is brined with Let It Bee raw Longan Honey.

Let It Bee Longan Honey comes from bees feeding from the nectar of Longan Fruit Tree blossom in the north/ northeast of Thailand.

This bacon is left in brine with no water pumped in, to give a better more flavoursome bacon. Our Raw Honey Cured Bacon made from the belly and sold ‘green’ (unsmoked).
